2007 Industry Day

Industry Day was on Wednesday 9th May, when representatives from Hilton Hotel, Queens Hotel and Next Generation coached teams of Second Year pupils in food preparation, organising and working in a hotel dining room, being a fitness instructor in a hotel leisure complex…and how to make non-alcoholic cocktails!
Today, 30th May, Alison Blake, Project Manager of Dundee Business and Community Link presented Certificates to those Second Year pupils who most impressed the employers on the day “for working in a business-like manner either as an individual or as part of a team.
