Monopoly game to be launched based on Dundee!

It has just been announced that Dundee are getting their own monopoly board.

This has happened because the majority of votes on the Internet voted Dundee more than the likes of Glasgow, Edinburgh, London  and Manchester . Over all, more than 1 million people voted Dundee for their UK monopoly board game.

From interviews some people from Baldragon academy, we asked them what places they think will be used in this board game.

 Most pupils would like to see the Kirkton area, Baldragon Academy , Dens park , Dundee Ice Arena and some local schemes appear on the board game .

Pupils in the school think that this board game will be great because you can try and buy local, landmarks,your favourite places, and possibly even your own Street.

 Monopoly has been a popular game since it was first produced in 1904. It comes in handy for rainy days, family interactions and boredom, and how good would it be to have your own cities in your own board game.

The game will also retain its original features with Go to Jail, most probably in Perth, Community Chest, and Chance.

The local people will have the chance to vote for their favourite places to be part of the game.  Details about this will be released in due course.
