Welcome Back

Welcome back to a new academic year. We said a fond farewell to some members of staff at the end of term and we welcome new staff this year. Spree Books

Spree books will be available at the very beginning of the autumn term.

Our sale of Spree Books last year was very successful and we are hoping to double our sales this year.  The Sale starts on 20th August 2010 and our S1, S2 and S3 pupils will be going home with books to purchase at just £22 each. Any money raised from the sale of the books will go towards activities for the pupils. Mobile phones and other Technologies

Dundee City Council have recently updated their guidelines on the misuse of mobile technologies in schools.

French Trip

It may seem a long time ago now but just before the summer holidays a group of pupils and staff were fortunate enough to go on a trip to France. To find out about their time away and view the photos click here.

Prizegiving

Baldragon Academy once again held a very successful prizegiving ceremony where we recognized the efforts and achievements that many of our pupils have made during the academic year. Click here for photos of the event and the prizewinners.

School Golf Competition

Staff and pupils took part in the annual golf competition just before the summer  holidays. The lucky winner was Jack Craig. Click here to view a photo of the day.

Baldragon Academy Garden

The Baldragon Academy Garden is still going strong and is being used by lots of departments in the school. It keeps the Home Economics Department well stocked with great vegetables and lots of the pupils in the school have been involved in keeping it in great shape.
